Returns and Exchanges
Prior to returning your item(s), we urge you to thoroughly review our policy on returns and exchanges. We do not rely on a call center for handling such matters, and all correspondence will be conducted via email. In case you reach out to us via our contact form, we kindly ask that you check both your inbox and junk mail for our response.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging.
Customers will be charged for return shipping costs. Once your refund is approved by meeting our return requirements, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Follow these steps for returning:
- Login to our online Returns Center Click Here
- Input your order number and email address - Click "Find Your Order"
- Choose the product(s) you wish to return from your order - Click "Next"
- In the "Reason" tab select the reason in which you wish to return
- Next, please fill out the "Additional Notes" if needed
- If you are returning an item because it is defective or damaged, please provide us with pictures to help us expedite your return
- Click "Next"
- Choose "Refund to original payment method" Click "Next"
- Choose the "Ship with a returns label" Click "Submit"
- You will receive correspondence via email until the return process is completed
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email communication in a timely manner.
EXCHANGES

- Input your order number and email address - Click "Find Your Order"
- Choose the product(s) you wish to exchange from your order - Click "Next"
- In the "Reason" tab select the reason in which you wish to exchange
- Next, please fill out the "Additional Notes" if needed - Click "Next"
- Choose "Exchange" You must input some text in the Exchange Details before you can proceed - Click "Next"
- Click "Submit"
- You will receive correspondence via email until the exchange process is completed
If you haven't received our email communication in a timely fashion, we suggest that you also check your junk/spam folder.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will ship a replacement item in the same color and style as originally ordered. In the event that the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will either provide a full refund or inform you of the anticipated shipping date. Shipping for the replacement item will be free of charge.
REFUNDS
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund amount will be processed, with the return shipping fee being deducted from your original purchase amount, and credited back to your original method of payment. The refunded amount should appear in your account within a specified period of time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive your refund, we suggest that you contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Additionally, we recommend contacting your bank as there can be a processing period before the refund appears in your account.
